| C4d

C4d is a cleaved fragment of complement C4 that exists only in the classical and lectin pathways of complement activation. In humoral immune response, C4d can bind to vascular endothelium or basement membrane through covalent bonds and exist for a long time, so C4d can reflect the existence of humoral immune response, especially in organ transplantation to reflect the existence of rejection. In recent years, it has been found in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases, lymphoma, and pregnancy-induced nephropathy.

| Recovery

The recovery of Human C4d spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.
